There are some people that love to say “I love you” or “love ya” a lot. Don’t get me wrong I am not against saying the words “I love you.” What I do take issue with is people who use it like an empty platitude. Just throwing out the words as carelessly they toss trash in the bin.
The words “I love you” are filled with so much importance, feeling and meaning. Remember when you told that special someone you loved them for the first time? Remember how that felt? The words are powerful. But these words can be just as empty as a Starbucks coffee cup on a cold day if there’s no actions that show it.
So, remember, you don’t win a prize for being the person who said it the most. It’s the doing that makes all the difference. You will be priceless prize to those you show how much you love them.
